Using our state of the art thermal imaging equipment we can quickly and economical provide a non invasive survey of your property and highlight:-

Domestic surveys

Following the recent cold winter and ever increasing fuel bills we can provide a low cost survey of your property, which will show you exactly where you are losing valuable heat. Our surveys will provide a detailed report showing a conventional digital as well as a thermal image of areas that are of concern as well as a picture in picture and site plan to help you clearly understand the report.
You can then target these areas to help reduce your running costs, in many cases simple air leakage can be cured with just a silicone gun.

Electrical inspections

We can quickly check all electrical connections and components and highlight any potential hot spots allowing repairs or remedial work to be carried out long before failure or worse still a fire.
All electrical components have one thing in common they all generate heat prior to breaking down our survey will provide a easy to understand report showing both infa-red and normal photos of any potential problems.

Flat roofs

Water leaks on flat roofs can quickly be found enabling local repairs to be carried out on large roofs this can save thousands of pounds. Trapped moisture and damp insulation will show up as warmer areas once the sun has gone down. We can then highlight any defective areas. Not only saving money on replacing the complete roof it can also save on internal damp and damage to the property.

Mould and Damp detection

Our equipment features a insulation and dew point alarms which will highlight areas of ceiling or walls which are at risk of being affected by these problems.

Air leakage and Defects
